Company Management confirmed the following recent developments:
They have completed their recent voluntary audit covering their wholly owned subsidiary, THC Industries LLC as well as their parent company, Pineapple Express, Inc. Now that these audits are complete, they will immediately file their registration statement with the SEC by year-end.
Contingent upon filing of the registration statement with the SEC, the Board of Directors had approved a 2-1 restricted stock dividend to shareholders of record on December 31, 2017, which shall now be extended through April 30, 2018.
