Excellent post bluebird50. If I could add something to your post. The one thing Sirius and XM had were subscribers, or as you pointed out, a reoccurring revenue stream. Obviously VIVA is so small at the moment that they haven't started to make waves as of yet. Once substantial subceiption numbers pop up, or they become too much of a pain in the side of the big boys, I would think an investor would gladly set in and acquire them. Very similar to sling when dish became their parent company. They were able to add just about all the content they needed, and plug up any lose holes thwy may have had. Viva will have to show what makes them different from all the other companies in the soon to be crowded OTT market. Off the top of my head, the words Hispanic Market, and Middleware come to mind.
