This has already been discussed. Here they talk about future developments, ZMJY (the non JBZY company) has many EV cars developed and ready to go. JB&ZMJY Ltd has nothing, you know, the shell company just reversed mergered into JBZY?

Using this OTC statement as proof of the Z cars that has no direct confirmed relations to JBZY is absolutely knowingly misleading.

Investors are being suckered into thinking that the two ZMJY companies are one and the same. Nice strategy, but this will be revealed in Q4 docs and prove once and for all that the glorified fake DD was knowingly put out there.
