HCTI can see 5 cents in no time if management wants. There are Billions of shares traded at 0001 and that time it was very clear that MMs does not want to see even 0.0002. Anyone can say that those Billions of Shares are not bought by retailers. Who bought those Billions at 0001?? Why MMs are holding the price down?? Why no filings from last few quarters? Why MMs keep showing HUGE Ask at 0.0001 and 0.0002 ?? We LONGS hope that there is something brewing and 2018 could be the LIFE CHANGER for HCTI Share holders.
