Not in the least. I think any BP would quickly pay $500M to $1B for the entire rights to the IP just based on potential. However, to realize better than potential, something has to be validated. That takes time, and hopefully that is exactly what is being accomplished now. Might be CAR-T, might be exosomes, might be both or even other items. All add value.
