On June 2016 - Cellucci did a 1:2500 reverse split when the O/S was 2.2 Billion shares - the O/S is close to 8 Billion. At that time it reduced the O/S to 1 million shares.

If Cellucci did another 1:2500 R/S the O/S would be reduced to 3 million shares.

With over 1 Billion shares becoming available in December and the A/S being 10 Billion - and more convertible notes - the only option is a reverse split.

And Cellucci has completed 2 reverse splits in 3 years - he doesn't have a problem with wiping out shareholders.

18 months after the reverse split look at the price. The R/S was a disaster for shareholders.
