All true.... but.... I think it's at least a bit different w/sawyer. After all, he was part of digi and was the ceo of vplm and (here is as good a place to throw this in as any of the other places they throw it in) SERVED 4 PRESIDENTS, and is involved in currently unresolved vplm issues (such as the RK affair) and so while technically he had stepped down, I can see where he is still considered as "an insider" because he was so deeply inbedded in vplm. Yes, I realize that maybe there is no case here, but I'm not ready to dismiss the possibility that there is something here. Thats for judges to decide, not me or anyone else.
Didn't Kipping step down or was kicked out (?) and still had enough power to take 125 mm shares (or whatever the # is)? I think there is a matter a major influence that may come into play w/sawyer or maybe there's nothing to it. When did he stop being an adviser to vplm?
