Investors (not traders) MMs are playing DCTH heavily due to the fact that one cannot rely on Level II for OTC stocks. I cannot see realtime Level II for DCTH using Fidelity. But Fidelity has another tool called "Time & Sales" which show real-time trade for all stock even OTC. I just saw at 12:33:03 a BUY of 40K shares for $.051 but before that I saw several intermittent buy of only 1 shares at the BID. This is how MMare robbing shares out of weak retailers' hand.
