Number of outstanding shares refresher???...

So from my understanding there are 367 million shares outstanding.
198 million are in the float. So 169 million are held by Squires and company as restricted shares right?

For some reason I thought it was more diluted than that.. like 520 million shares outstanding.
But I could be confusing with another stock. I have.

Anyone have a more current breakdown?
