yeah, the balance sheet doesn't even balance. Should be 0.

But assets are $6k, liabilities are $2.2 MILLION.

In technical accounting terms, that's referred to as "a f'ing disaster".

It was taken over by an LLC (apparently for no cash) that probably has no money of its own. So now they'll take on some toxic notes, dilute and reverse split.

Crazy.
