I know I have made enough already to pay off all my credit card debt and buy a small home in cash to add to my rental home portfolio. Granted a small house out here I can pickup for only 40k(foreclosure) but still how nice is this.

One thing I learned a long time ago is to Listen to No One. You did the research, now follow through and don't listen to any of the bs you here. It is irrelevant what anyone has to say. Do not listen to anyone. Also the ratio of idiots and sociopaths on the internet is off the charts, nevertheless stock message boards which even multiplies the stupidity. Do your research, listen to no one.
