I am still in with my initial position. If one purchased in the $.30-$.32 range I would not sell for less than $0.40 a share, but I don't have a price target yet as I am still navigating the tax bill implications on my portfolio. I do see the new tax law being a plus for RAS. I will reiterate there are still short term risks with this one but long term should be fine.
