Figure something is up seeing as how they have updated their Business Description on OTC last month. Only time will tell.....

The Company is now in process of seeking a merger or acquisition candidate. Effective October 9, 2017 the PSA Agreement with Cantech Pharma, inc. has been rescinded do inability to proceed with the license for Mexico.....
