I can't help but think how hilarious the conversation with the PTAB will be on Apple's hail mary rehearing appeal.Maybe it will go something like this.......


Apple: Our constitutional rights were violated by the Dr. Sawyer letters stating how corrupt your PTAB judges were and suggesting that we are colluding with the PTAB! FAKE NEWS!

PTAB: Sorry, what did you say?

Apple: You (the PTAB) were so scared by what Dr. Sawyer brought up about your judicial impartiality that you removed the judges and replaced them all without reason! Not fair! We demand we win!

PTAB: Sorry, what did you say?

Apple: We need you to take back the decision and give us the victory!

PTAB: Umm....you want us to admit that we 1) removed judges who were corrupt, 2) gave no reason for doing so (because judges indeed were biased and we knew it) and 3) that Dr Sawyer had such influence as to cause the new judges to vote completely in VPLM's favor? You also want us to 4) admit that Michelle Lee stacked panels purposefully to favor silicon valley companies like Apple thereby admitting to what amounts to federal criminal RICO statute violations and 5) you want us to do all this when ALL EYES are upon us at the moment?

Apple: YES! PRETTY PLEASE!

PTAB: Sorry, what did you say?
