I'm long from here. Don't mind the Lawsuits though can't disagree with some of the claims.

I don't, however, believe they can prove criminal intent and also 100% believe that most if not all of the few suits we are see are motivated by and sponsored by powerful and large invested Shorts who want to keep a lid on any enthusiasm.

Caveat.. I have like $10K invested as apposed to the 4x, 5x that $$ amount at one time. Risk is still great, but it's worth a few chips and lets say 1%-3% of port bet.
