If we are truly entering a locked float scenario, that would mean the only shares that can be unleashed to demand are either the unknown unrestricted shares, or those holding that cannot stomach holding the shares they own in fear of a typical penny pop and drop correct? If many strong hands already exist moving into premania, how crazy could this get when the media blitz of Cali going live hits?
