IT doesn't appear to short able at IB, or the other retail brokers. As for Clay, he posts a basic chart on anything with the most volume and most message board activity. He's basically spamming the boards to gain paid customers to his site and to buy his tutorials. Naturally, many things, especially OTC stocks, tend to drop off eventually, 3 days or less, some right after his posts, which, is coincidental. But, you will see him post a benign chart on the most traded tickers more or less...he doesn't short cheap OTC, sub penny stocks, but, nor does any other retail trader...not a follower of Clay, but, it is what it is...people pay him a monthly and buy his tutorials I guess, he finds those people here for free...
