No Fuschino was the previous CEO and owned enough shares with Currah to have a control position.

He left once Keevil joined and wasn't involved or he would have been an insider based on his in control position.

Fuschino dumped all the shares early in the pump as he knew Keevil and Currah couldn’t build a mining company and were just scammers.

He wouldn’t have sold hundreds of millions of shares if they thought Keevil and Currah could build a mine.

If Fushino thought Keevil and Currah were so great he would have held on to that control position and been able to put them back in charge.with his control position.

Neither Fuschino or Currah believed in the long term of the project as they dumped hundreds.of million of shares on the pump.

Seems odd as Fuschini never filed reporting required as an ex-insider of the sale of a control position?

The courts will.figure it all out once Currah et al move the case forwarded, if they do? Been many months so far with out it being moved forward???

Haven't started depositions or discovery?
