Short version is frost was the Chairman of TEVA and really the decision maker at the time

They knew the patent is about to expire soon ( well it really expired 3 years later a few months ago) but didn't do anything about it

Kept going with their ways they hired and fired ( Dr. Frost did) the new CEO that was suppose to get them out of heavily reliant on generic...

Bottom line Dr. Frost didn't want to change his ways and continued to do as he wish and look at what happened to TEVA the last few months...

The article goes on to blame Dr. Frost and the board from years ago. They could have avoided the trouble

Which bring me to my worries. I hope Dr. Frost is not leading opk to disaster because it's all him now...
