Rain. Yes we submitted all the documents about the defunct shell. But what about Room21? My guess is John is now working with OTC about the new company business plan, their structure etc. Generally the new companies will not have any product or business or income. But in this case we have an already established company. So may be OTC is looking those papers. I see in tweets John keep mentioning compliance. Since we have some non-profit work which overlaps the profitable ventures,which may need some clarifications
