No matter the emotion, FACT is, with No Dilution for over two years while maintaining a Low Stable Share Structure, CGRA takes the well known OTC Game of Pump and Dump OFF THE TABLE. NO Dilution, NO incentive to push Fluffy promotions designed to quickly move the PPS just to satisfy flippers and Dilution, all of which are NOT investor share holder friendly. As frustrating as it may be, the "Marathon" CGRA is running, building and developing REAL value on a foundation of REAL Project Development will provide sustainability in the next leg up.
