Hi Tinn, They better still be in business as I have a substantial position in this stock. As far as who is currently heading the company I don't know. The market riggers have been naked shorting the hell out of it for the last 8 months. Why would they waste their time and money if this stock is trash. This stock was priced at $1.70 / share 5 years ago. I thank the riggers for allowing me to purchase an outrageous amount of shares at these insane levels. I stopped buying at much higher levels in 2013. This year I made 95 % of the purchases and will be buying more tomorrow. I'm in the the duration. Sorry for the long diatribe if you were only looking for a quick yes or no.
