Yes, REVERSE STOCK SPLIT COMING for sure! Now you may be on to something here...

1. REVERSE STOCK SPLIT
2. Current CEO steps down
3. New CEO, with proven track record, comes onboard
4. New (real) investors come in, take out the Notes and help clean up the balance sheet
5. New product line and strategy


Without those above (especially the REVERSE STOCK SPLIT and New CEO) everything is smoke and mirrors!
