The simple and short answer is yes...it can block any device, any phone paired with the beacon. Could be the entire family, could be an entire friend group.

lol... Coz, by your statement "ringing like crazy" you must not know what teens with cells are really like and how they use their phones. No 'ringing' and they aren't in a group answering their phones and talking. It's all texting. The driver statistically is at highest risk and is the target, despite the fact that the app is extremely capable of handling your 'scenario'.

Investing is full of randomness. A great return does not equal a great investor. Just lucky is a possibility too.
