'pnew122' - Well here goes - I am equally stymied to put reason behind the current action as of late. It just isn't logical based upon the available data. I just spent @3 hours poking in the area I am about to speculate! The NSS theory just does not cut it - 'too obvious'. The 'Dark Side' and the 'unregulated PBLS buy back' partially do and tie together nicely! "BUT" - there seems to be more. It does appear that 'some one is dumping'. Note: One thing I found out while snooping -PBLS- is held in high regard and is on a whole 'whack of radar'! The confusion is who in their "RIGHT MIND" (key phrase) would sell this stock knowing what we now as well as witnessing the upward evolution of a genuine asset/profit based holding company! No one except for parties that could have these requirements: 1)Must for some past reason, hold a significant amount of PBLS shares. 2)Have had those shares beyond the time lines as stated as 'resticted' (5 years). 3)May be in need of immediate cash for 'whatever reason'. 4)May have 'grievance' or 'litigation' with or against PBLS. 5) May be 'truthfully' out of their freakin' mind/s! ......Here's what I think is goin' on --> ( I am going to need some support and holes filled by some of you DD masters) The "only" party that I believe fills the bill and is 'appropriately' motivated is "THE LAND OWNER" ( currently mitigating lessor of 'Murphy sand Gravel') ---> For these reasons---> 1) Can you imagine someone rents your house and then before you know it - turns it into a Walmart? Would you be ticked and what might some do? 2)Probably has a 'large' quantity of disposible shares as Paul indicated he heavily uses shares for deal making! ( Remember at that time they were under .003 and Paul had 'much less' cash). 3) Let's just say the 'lessor' attempts to unsuccessfully renegotiate the lease (I am betting he tried before he went to court). Now it isn't just buisness --it's personal. ( I recall in some long ago DD that the owner is an older rural minded fellow) Well this could be now a whole different style of pissin' contest! We all know 'guys' like this! If the 'lessor' hasn't 'yet' got his way in court, and he hasn't to date, what a better way to f**k Paul up (not PBLS) by systematically selling into every 'good pr' knowing dam well the 'damage' that could be impacted upon both the perception of PBLS and Paul's beloved future pps. Then using the said damage as a negotiating tool while at the same time raising perhaps needed funds for legal costs!. I believe Paul knows 'exactly' what is going on and is buying as many shares as he can while maintaining his commitment to the long share holder! This could very well be 'posturing' surrounding the future sale /purchase of 'the pit'! I have not been able to verify the details of the lease! This is the 'only' pluasible exlanation that I come to conclude. I 'know' how "vindictive" some of these 'codgers' can be. Also is it just me, or can no archived info available on PBLS before March 2, 2005. I found that odd, almost as if something is being "HIDDEN"! At this point 'any' deals/acquisitions prior to @ May-August 2001 are suspect! We have a 'fox' in the hen house! It's 'varmint' huntin' time! Now ladies and gents you may 'hit' me, 'beat' me , and 'slap' me at will! S(not so)C. PS. Our 'fox' will sooner or later run out of ammo!!
