Suggestion, as for Paul not to rub shareholders the wrong way. As he has done for the decade or so as a public company.

First-Who does he think he's kidding paying himself and associates handsomely over the last 13 years concerning salary and selling shares, with little or no revenue. Shareholders expense, period. Three R/Ss later.

Second-He cares little with his past and current attitude of using dilution to grow. ( Short or long term.) You have been using shareholders money all the way for ever, with little results for 14 years. Shareholders have paid there dues, and Pauls life style.

Third-Joining the latest trend sounds suspect.

Fourth-With all or any do respect about short term. The long term here would have bankrupted the Rockefellers. Regarding buybacks and dividends, forget about it. This dilution and R/Ms are harder to quit then crack.

Thank you very little for the 2017 tax write off.
