While everyone knows the R/S passed by a large majority, many still wonder how or why? Short of a fraudulent vote tally, there had to be AT LEAST ONE GOOD REASON in order for SK to acquire such a majority. UNLESS SK just flat out LIED to those SH's that changed their votes, "Tutes" included, The pending lawsuit may bring some of this to light if it ever gets that far. SK has a way of working out of these legal tangles one way or the other. This time may be his best "act" yet! Time will tell. GLTA/CYTR!
