Yes, I agree, Aerline did terminate the deal. I know for a fact that USGlobal has the money and it was not a problem UNTIL Aerline changed the deal in the process.

Tony and USGlobal did not want the 737-400, so it was put on the market, leaving Aerline at a disadvantage of not making money on the possible lease, so hence, the valuation of Songbird was different, and USGlobal needed additional time to deal with it, so they worked to try to make a better deal for both companies.

As Certdog stated before, Aerline is hurting for money and that is a fact. So of course Aerline tried to screw USGlobal Airways. Since USGlobal Airways would not cave in, then Aerline terminated the deal.

You can complain all you want, but the fact is that USGlobal Airways have decided to let go of Songbird because it is not a good deal for the company and the shareholders.

There is something good coming and that will be revealed in the near future. As soon as the finances are filed, then their capital raising efforts will improve, and at this time, they do have the money, plus they will be able to raise more money for a better deal.

Always looking for great investments.
