Not really bad news per se just means that there are more shares coming into the market. It's more or a responsible form of dilution. Basically 5.3 million shares were purchased at a discount to the market at .27 cents. They also issued warrants along with those shares which actually have to be paid for which is better than cashless warrants and those were priced at .315 In my opinion any sort of good news regarding their phase 2 trials this stock will crank like it did a few months ago, especially given such a reasonably small share structure. The eps last quarter doubled, Iroquois Capital has a 9% stake along with several other good institutional holders like Renaissance Capital as well. Just going to take some patience to see what unfolds with the company as their drug trials proceed.
