Before everyone gets all giddy about this you might want to ask Michael Welch exactly who the CEO of CBD Alimentos SA de CV is, or who sits on their board of directors, and what is their physical address.

They have zero online presence and have a name strikingly similar to the 2 large companies in the food industry in Mexico.

Lots of red flags here.
