That's assuming these were not already paid off by the company diluting shares themselves. The 10-Q only specifies which notes were paid at least partially through the end of Sep. The additional $281,345 in principal payments in Oct and Nov aren't specified as to which notes they paid off. I'm not saying that those notes are already paid off, just that it's a possibility that they are. Either way, I think we're on the home stretch for convertibles. I think it is required that they update the shareholders on the SS before the AS increase vote, so we should get an update very soon.
