Welcome aboard.
I don't think that 8 million shares post-split on the float
is a lot at all. (The rest of the outstanding shares are held
by insiders, I believe.)
Companies with more than 20 million on the float
have hit $2 and more.
What makes it interesting is the short position.

Also, I don't claim to know how high this stock can go.
My reference to an example stock was simply to say
that if all the selling is really done, RRGI could do very
well from here on based on the amount of growing interest
and potential good news.

Is it risky to buy now? Could be.
But stock is off its high of 1.25 and the people
involved with RRGI, like the race car drivers,
are reputable. So I see the risk at these prices
as limited and on the low side.
