Great, so why have everybody wonder if the merger is not going through and cast a shadow on their stock by not telling everyone if management has been paid or not? It is true that merger is not 100%, but everything they have done so far has been transparent and there is no reason to believe that it will not go through. So, if you could enlighten everyone and give your reasons why the merger won't go through, we would all love to hear them
