In the event they file Form 15 (terminate the registration of its common stock), it might hint at the possibility that DCTH is going private.

Or DCTH is cleaning the "shell" so-to-speak, by clearing up debt in preparation for a reverse merger.

And what about the S-1 filing still sitting out on the periphery of this battlefield?

Please don't misunderstand, I'm long, very long on DCTH. Rode the reverse split with Rap. But Sam, sweet person, tried to warn us. But when you are "two and wild crazy kind-a-guys," what can you do.
