MUST READ! NEW DD ARGiMED CONFIRMS FACILITY IS READY FOR BOH INSPECTION!

I just got a return call from Mark (Press coordinator) at Agrimed. I had left a message on their voicemail yesterday.

Mark confirmed the information in the two Univec press releases, so that was a very solid confirmation of the Univec/Agrimed cannabis oil partnership and the Dalton connection. Dalton is the CEO of Univec and is now on the board of directors at Agrimed. ( It is my opinion that with Dalton at the controls of both Agrimed and Univec that any information about either company will have a positive effect on the $UNVC PPS.)

What’s even more exciting is, when I asked Mark about the minor legal issue Crockett had, he explained that the only thing that would hinder the PA license would be a felony conviction and/or any kind of drug related conviction. That can be confirmed with the state of PA, if anyone cares to contact them. As we know, Crockett had his misdemeanor charge conditionally discharged back in 1998 and it was not a charge that would have a negative impact on the PA licensing. So that whole perceived legal issue with Crockett can now be laid to rest. RIP! LOL

When I asked Mark about the Department of Health inspection that is scheduled for today, he again replied with very encouraging details. He said that it is his opinion, and also the opinion of Agrimed, that all of the requirements have been met for the health department to grant the permit to operate!!!!!! He also explained that the Health Department is extremely backed up and said that while it’s possible they would be there to inspect today, it is unlikely. He also noted that only 4 of the 12 facilities in the State of Pennsylvania currently have that BOH operation permit. So a little patience is necessary while the BOH makes their way to Agrimed’s facility.

We also discussed the actual grow operation. Mark explained that the fertilizer they will be using is high-grade, organic fertilizer. It contains NO HEAVY METALS and provides about 85% to 90% of the yields as some of the most widely used (heavy metal laden) fertilizers that are used on major grow operations in California and Colorado.

He also informed me that Agrimed is working with a 15 megawatt power plant and will recycle the CO2 from the power generation back into the grow operation. This will reduce their carbon footprint while providing needed CO2 for the grow operation! Brilliant!

He then noted that while Agrimed is a minority owned business, that their main focus is sustainability and quality of product. In other words, they want their other attributes to take center stage to the minority owned aspect.

Lastly, he said more PR’s are forthcoming in the days ahead!

*Mark was very easy to talk to and was not only knowledgeable about the entire Univec/Agrimed operation, but was confident and eager to provide the information I requested. We spoke for about 20 minutes. Moving forward, it is my opinion that we will see more interest in UNVC shares, get more solid confirmation of the ties between Univec and Agrimed, and we’ll get the BOH license to operate without a problem.

Thank you to the folks who have been in contact with Dalton directly and have confirmed Univec is proceeding with the necessary audits to take us OTC current!
