Whomever is exercising warrants at these prices and at this volume of shares over the last couple of months has one true belief in mind: it can only go up from here so let’s get our shares secured. If they wait to exercise warrants when PPS is higher they will crash the stock. It’s their right to these shares so get in low without hurting other investors. If the whales like this price so do I.
