On December 8, 2017, the Board of Directors approved, and recommended to the stockholders for approval, an amendment to the Company's Articles of Incorporation (the "Certificate of Amendment") which will increase our authorized shares of common stock to 9,999,000,000 shares from 2,499,000,000.
