Folks this has been essentially a shell for the better part of 9 years! In doing research this stock has never been promoted and has an incredibly low share structure for a stock trading barely above the trip range at .0013!!
AS: 1.95MM
OS: 1.568MM
Float: 394MM
The companies CEO is Robert Atwell who specializes in mergers and acquisitions. We have had several calls and correspondences with Robert and the shell is about to no longer be just a shell! Current status is coming very very soon!
Why would a shell become current? The CEO has eluded to having several material updates to share once current status has been achieved.
This one has an SLNX type move written all over it. SKYF's float is under 400MM where SLNX was at 375MM so very similar. Doesn't take a genius to figure out that SKYF could have a similar type run as SLNX based on current pps and float.
This is our combined alert with BIG, Silk, Computerbux, and TopStockTips!
I see this as a 4 week play with a targeted pps of .01-.015 with material business updates to come.
Hold right. This should be a runner!
