Can someone explain to me exactly how the FHAL stock will be valued after the merger. I would like exact details as I am telling family aboutthe merger. I don't understand how the stock will be valued and how the price will be set. Please advise me. Considering what to do with torps, fire or accumulate. I appreciate any and all honest answers and not hyper or hyperbole.
