Depends on your definition of significant...

and how many shares you own here
and what the ratio they'll be issuing per each of your VPOR shares in the new company.

We don't have that info yet, but they'll be announcing it either by Friday or after Christmas holidays.

Either way, the more VPOR shares you own BEFORE the ex-date (not record date) -- the more shares you'll be issued in the new co.
