PGUS (OTCQB $.0145) is a very interesting story. Developing farmland and ocean-side community in Baha California (Mexico). Recently signed contract to supply peppers for Huy Fong Foods. Today anouncing the financing plan to further these objectives. Market cap is only $5.3M so this is a ground floor but high-risk investment.
