Yes I saw that but who did they take to court to win the patent rights? They never said if it was PCDrivers or another entity. Furthermore, if the ownership of the patent is set in stone...why on slide 4 of today's presentation does it say "Agreement to give patent to PCD, and still owe them $300,000". Maybe it's because I'm home sick and didn't sleep well last night but it seems to me there IS a question of who owns the patent.
