Like the T trade explanation...

Never understood what you guys were talking about. So it seems a way to provide a more liquid environment for OTC stocks to prevent huge swings either way.

Is there anyway to know if the T-trade was an accumulation of shares or someone trying to sell them? Asked that in a stupid way.
