Lolololol the cfo doesn’t make these decisions unilaterally, the CEO makes the decision.... the ceo needed this toxic debt to keep paying salaries...

The CFO quit and the 8k is just wording to soften the blow, plain and simple. Cause if he was terminated the 8k would have 100% said so to put a positive spin on this...
