That's Ok, I wasn't TRYING to show a negative side, either... actually I went to several several websites, and did a cut and paste of all of them..had 4 pages of stuff on word...then categorized them to the 4 sectors I posted, without leaving anything out except for the duplicates.....hopefully you will see both the good as well as the bad....
Was it Jung or Einsteing that said 'experience is knowledge, everything else is information'? Well, during the time I cut and pasted while scan=reading, I really didn't have a handle on whether anything was a good thing or a bad thing...because I wasn't focusing on the depths of the information I was scan reading for relevance to reverse mergers. It wasn't until I pieced it all together, and "remembered" that SOME of the stuff the original authors spoke of, are things I have 'experienced'...as many have..especially the pump and dump....
