not the least bit worried about a suit as i can back up everything I've said and he should be worried ,if it goes class action.I'm not the one acting as fiduciary to the investors and mishandling funds ,useing them for personal ,etc.. a few more peopole need to be brought into the spotlight like cheryl and darryl ,not to mention patrick. I'm really surprised the SEC didnt find or act on some of the same stuff I've found. ,maybe i need to enlighten them ?????after all I have never got a statement or prooof of how and what my investment was doing or being used for. .I'm not the one misuseing funds or misbehaving.sad to see that peoples faith is greater when he is under SEC scrutiny then when he's not .what does that tell you???people like the company ,not his performance!!!! buyers and sellers are all institutional buyers for sure
