Here's a "toss-up". There's been millions of shares sold since the R/S passed and CYTR has continued to downtrend. I'm pretty sure where a lot the shares came from and pretty sure where a lot of them went. The question being, is one likely the other, or as they say, one and the same? Warrant holders? Tutes? Too much vol for retail SH alone, and a lot of "yes" vote potential. May be another SK backroom deal, but does the end justify the means? Time will tell.
