I wouldn’t label Zoyes a “film producer”. Zoyes is in his 60’s - he has one co-producer credit of one B movie five years ago.

How would anyone know who does or does not control ATYG’s SS? They’ve not submitted a financial in almost 5 years.

The reason I say Zoyes is a crook is because he’s a bonafide criminal. Michael Zoyes' past includes convictions for racketeering in a boiler-room scam, and another for fraud in a telemarketing scheme involving diet supplements. After completing his second prison sentence, he opened a pill mill operation in a strip mall in Davie, FL.

why do you say Michael Zoyes is a fraud when he is a film producer...he doesn't control ATYG share structure...
