Agreed. You will see capital stocks and accounting firm stocks rise also. Bank stocks could go either way really. Its positive for them but may result in less lending for both personal and commercial and thats their bread and butter. Will be an interesting week. Hearing as of late they may need to revote tomorrow due to technicality.
