You misread, I think in 6 months the company would be in desperate shape like start of November was, so no financing at all beyond convertible until May would not be good to see. $10.5 was freed up supposedly if convertible completes anyway so this $10.5 million extends that January date I should think. I think almost universally people would be thinking $10.5 million is pretty nice but confusion is an integral part of company. Most people do so little DD and company does not share all info or thoughts so all kinds of erroneous assumptions is a norm here.
